 Our
rustic limestone cottage guesthouse comes furnished with one double bed and two
half beds, a fully furnished kitchen with dishes, a full-size stove and
refrigerator, electric oven, toaster, and a blender for those late
afternoon margaritas. A coffeemaker, coffee, orange juice, cereal, milk,
and a breakfast cake are provided for enjoyment in the morning.
If you like to sit outside in the early mornings and savor your first
cup of coffee or late afternoons sipping your favorite refreshment, we
invite you to relax on our rock patio with table, benches, and a bar-b-que
grill.

For confirmed reservations, a
deposit of one night's lodging is required.

within 5 days of date reservation is made.

Room rates are based on
double occupancy and are subject to applicable room tax.

night's reservation on weekends and holidays.

Directions:
From Lampasas take FM 580
east. Go
past the railroad tracks to first crossroads which will be County Road
3420.
Turn left and stay on paved road for 6 miles. After crossing the
second
low water crossing, the entrance to Lancaster's Pecan Grove Guesthouse will be on the
left. There is a sign there indicating the entrance.
